Per-Store Configuration

Every store has its own settings:

• Auto-create invoices: Enable or disable per store
• Auto-create clients: Automatically generate Perfex Clients from WooCommerce customers
• Sync interval: Configure how often delta sync runs (default: 60 minutes)
• HMAC mode: Toggle query_string_auth for different server environments
• Webhook credentials: Each store gets its own Webhook Delivery URL and Secret

Independent Sync Timestamps

WooSync tracks sync progress independently per store:

• last_synced_products_at
• last_synced_orders_at
• last_synced_customers_at
• last_synced_categories_at

This means Store A can sync products every 30 minutes while Store B syncs every 2 hours — based on each store’s volume and needs.

Store Staff Assignment

Not every team member needs access to every store. WooSync supports store-staff mapping — assign specific team members to specific stores, controlling who sees what data.

Centralized Data Grid

All synced data flows into server-side filtered DataTables:
